1.What Is This Admission For?
- These admissions are for Full-Time 3-Year Diploma Courses in:
- Engineering
- Technology
- Vocational/Technical Fields
- Moreover, these courses are offered in various types of institutes across Maharashtra:
- Government Colleges
- Aided (Grant-in-aid) Colleges
- University-managed Institutes
- Private Unaided Colleges
2.Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for admission:
- You must be an Indian citizen.
- You should have passed the 10th Grade (SSC or equivalent) with at least 35% marks.
- Students from other states can apply only for the institution-level (management) quota.
- NRI/OCI/PIO/CIWGC/FN candidates are not eligible as no seats are allocated for these categories by AICTE or the Government for 2025-26.
3.Online Registration: Two Easy Options
Students can choose either of these methods to register:
Option 1: E-Scrutiny Method
- Fill the online application form from any device (computer/mobile) with internet access.
- Upload required documents.
- No need to visit any center physically.
- A Facilitation Centre (FC) will digitally verify your documents.
- If everything is correct, your application gets approved online.
Option 2: Physical Scrutiny Method
- Visit the nearest Facilitation Centre (FC).
- Complete the form filling, document upload, and verification at the center.
- The FC will verify your documents in person and confirm your application.

5.Application Fee

- The fee is non-refundable.
6.How to Apply?
- Go to https://poly25.dtemaharashtra.gov.in
- Register using your email ID and mobile number.
- Fill in the application form with correct details.
- Upload scanned documents (mark sheet, ID proof, caste/income certificate if applicable).
- Pay the fee.
- Choose E-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny option.
- Submit and wait for verification.

8.Important Instructions for Reserved Category Students
- In addition, reserved category students must submit all required certificates to claim reservation benefits.
- If you fail to submit Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (valid till March 31, 2026), you’ll be considered under General Category.
- EWS students must also provide valid EWS certificates; central government-issued certificates are not accepted.
9.What Happens After Application?
- Once documents are verified and your application is confirmed, your name will appear in the Provisional Merit List.
- If there are any mistakes in the merit list, you’ll be allowed to correct them within the given dates.
- Then, the Final Merit List will be published.
- Only candidates on the final list can participate in the CAP Rounds (Centralised Admission Process) for seat allotment.
10.Admission Process After Merit List
After the final merit list, you’ll be guided to:
- Fill your college & course choices (Option Form)
- Check your seat allotment
- Accept allotted seat
- Visit the college to complete admission
